Drogone Lambic (2021) Gotjoose
Unreal. Incredible taste of tart red grapes, funk, oak, with a tame acidity. Hope to revisit again one day. Also one of the best damn bar beer list in the world.

Classic Gueuze (2022) Gotjoose
Almost forgot what beer taste like after spending too much time in Italy drinking grape juice. Lemony, earthy wheat, white wine vinegar and so good for only 9 bucks 🤷🏽

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Gotjoose
Sheeesh! Leaning on the barleywine front. Barrel usage shines well on this, taste notes of raisins, caramel malt, sherry, and minimal booziness. Solid body, and I could drink this quick without thinking.

Soft body with light Cabernet wine flavors, sharp oak, light blueberries, and fairly dry finish.

Yikes. Taste like soap water for a second. Don’t get much juiciness as advertised. Maybe some citrus flavors but rather muddle as I struggle to drink this. Welp some get burned I guess

If this was released 5 years ago then they would blow up the store phone to reserve now it’s like, “yeah it’s really good but where’s the thickness on it?” The flavors are there, coffee is balanced but doesn’t pop if you know what I mean

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Gotjoose
Like 3.9. Don’t really get much of the vanilla, and it’s almost artificial. Thin mouthfeel. As it warms up, it doesn’t really taste good.
