World Wide Stout (2019) Bourque
Just phenomenal. Not only is this aged since 2019… but the carbonation is just so good on this. Mellow flavor sharp oak dryness. Best served with water.

Wow bottle aged since Dec 2020. The second year of Aging really saw a graceful increase in boozy heat that paired well with smoke and chocolate

Bottle aged for a year and it was… a bit of a fail. Before aging this was a robust porter bursting with marshmallow flavor and cinnamon. Now it has become a thin Smokey ale.
