Rose De Gambrinus 2024 L

At this point, it's mostly fresh, tart, slightly sour & bit funky raspberries. Subtle and elegant.

Rose De Gambrinus (2023) L

Something special for the check-in number 2000 on this OCD-companion of an app! Bottled February 6th. Lovely beer! Intense shade of raspberry. Funky, mid-level sour, complex. Larger than expected fruit presence due to freshness. Long live Framboise! ๐Ÿ˜

All Day IPA L

Orange, pine, light caramel. Hoppy and mid-level bitter. Quite pleasant.

Fou' Foune - Non Refermented (2021) L

Nice and funky, candied peach... but... I can see it being better.

Backwoods Bastard L

Dark mahogany. Aroma leads with bourbon, followed by sweet caramel, vanilla and oak. Dark fruit character joining at the tasting part. Warming, boozy finish. A pleasant surprise. The aroma department particularly stands out, in a good way.

Mรกs Agave Grapefruit L

Imperial Gose, eh? No lasting head, color of orange candy, bit thicker. Aroma is sweet grapefruit with tequila, slightly unusual but nothing off the charts. Taste is... like the combination of all qualities above... Odd, lots of sweetness on top of agave.

Kriek Boon L

I am willing to give this beer another shot in the future, but it didn't sit quite right with me last night. Strong vibes of lower grade fruit wine, all these in-your-face sweer/sour cherries. Maybe another day, with adjusted expectations.

Porter L

Actually pretty nice... on the nose mostly roasty malts, pour is silky dark brown. Mouthfeel really is outstandingly creamy. Getting some milk chocolate, drifting more towards the bitter territories as it transforms into aftertaste. Dark, rich- confirmed.
