Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Witlox

2020 vintage. 7 months old (bottled on my birthday). Very clean and fresh. Green apples, lemon, vinegar, wood, dry, sharp clean acidity, some sweetness behind it. Wonderful.

Rosé de Gambrinus Witlox

2020 bottle. Fruity, tart upfront. Finishes with great herbal, earthy notes. Dry, twiggy. Slight funk and bitterness. Aftertaste is herbal, minerals.
