Pretty oxidized at this point, although after 7 years… yeah. It’s opening up a little as it warms up, kind of a “See’s candy but I forgot to take it out of the wrapper” vibe. Still enjoyable, but not at its best.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2003) J.
Toronado cellar bottle. Tart, funky. Drinking really well considering how old it is. Good end to beer week.
