Vibrant, complex, tart, lemony notes, balanced celkar notes. This is one of the better "bruchela" i gave tried! very nice!

Ystad Tasting (25/11/2023) - another 20 year old bottle thanks to Peter! Lingering tart sour fruity with intense orchard fruit, lovely oak wooden character, nice acidity and body, tangy tart fruity lingering close. Gorgeous.

Flat, muskey, Dusty, dried white plum, subtle vinegary note. Light zestyness. Very nice!

Between 4.25 and 4.5. Really good one, though a bit too much corky. And that's maybe the first good old cork from Cantillon ever had 😅
