90 Minute Imperial IPA Baum

One of the best Imperial IPAs I've had from a can. Totally West Coast with a moderate bitterness and plenty of malt. Smooth and strong.

Mortal Bloom Baum

Nice hazy with lots of tropical notes. Gently hoppy and relatively light.

Ginger, Spice, Barreled And Nice Baum

Kind of like a Dutch apple pie in a bottle. Lots of spice in a lighter barleywine. It's an interesting change of pace.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Baum

Rich and sweet but not syrupy. Cherry complements the roasty malt. More chocolate than cocoa.

Canadian Breakfast Stout Nitro 2022 Baum

BBA version of Founders CBS. Tastes like a dark chocolate candy bar with a bit of roasted malt.

Rübæus Baum

Super sweet/tart with tons of raspberry. Malty but not hoppy.

Más Agave Baum

Like a Corona-Rita, but with more malt. Agave with lime.

Sweet Repute Baum

Very sweet and smooth. A bit lighter than barleywine.

Cinnamon and sweetness in a glass.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Baum

Really rich fudge flavor. Lots of sweet maple notes. Should not drink before a meal!

Tons of malt body. Not dank. Pretty good from a can. Founders continues to be one of my favorite craft breweries.

Breakfast Stout Baum

Lingering bitterness typical of oatmeal stouts. Good coffee notes.
