Smell hazelnut, hot chocolate. Taste hazelnut Frappuccino and bourbon.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Wilmes

Smell strong cinnamon and vanilla and some toffee. Taste strong cinnamon that mixes well with the potent bourbon and dark chocolate. The whiskey bite it strengthened by the vanilla. Pretty good, but i wish the cinnamon was tamed a bit more.

3-26-21 smell cherry. Taste cherry. I guess I don't know what prickly pear tastes like. Either way it's really fucking good. Also a bit of salinity.

4-25-19 from cellar. Smells like a margarita. Taste like a margarita.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019) Wilmes

8-7-19 from cellar. Smell coffee and a little bourbon. Taste smooth vanilla, chocolate, nutty coffee, mellow bourbon back. Very smooth and creamy. A bit on the sweet side.

KBS Espresso (2019) Wilmes

11-14-19 from cellar. Smell bourbon soaked chocolate covered espresso beans, coconut. Taste bourbon, coconut, chocolate, coffee.

American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA Wilmes

3-17-20 (oops) smells like tootie frootie. Taste mango/ papaya (a little synthetic), touch of pine on end. A bit on the sweet side, but a decent beer. Wish I would have bought fresh.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Wilmes

10-3-20 smell bourbon, coffee, chocolate in that order. Taste deep dark chocolate mocha coffee with a couple of shots of bourbon. 10 months has done well for this one.
