Todays KBS just isn’t this good. Can’t put my finger on it but it is richer, smoother and maybe more chocolate

120 Minute IPA (2011)

Little carbonation left; drinks like a barely wine with a buttery finish. Subtle boozy finish.

Backwoods Bastard (2015)

Very thin and little head when poured, barrel has taken a back seat to the toffee, biscuity, base beer with slight hints of vanilla, fig and peppery anise.

Ultimate Oktoberfest

Interesting. A lighter, less sweet backwoods bastard (a scotch ale I know) with a creamy finish.

Smells and taste like liquid cinnamon roll. I’ll give the nod to Mackinac Fudge variant but this is very good
