First time I see an unblended lambic. And to be fair, I prefer it a bit more sour (hence why everyone blends), but it's a damn fine drink anyway. Oh yeah, also my first beer as a resident of Paris 🥖

Experimental Hop Project: HBC 522 Gojkovic
Has a grassy and slightly tart aftertaste, so I get the average grade. Still, perfectly fine session IPA by my standards. Cheers to my dealer Rostislav B.

My very first gueuze. I have to say I'm a bit put off by the barnyard aftertaste. Otherwise typical lambic greatness.
