KBS - Chocolate Espresso

Now on draft at my little brewery / taproom, Founders KBS Chocolate Espresso Stout. It's rich, chocolatey & coffeey. At only 12% ABV, it'll warm your insides nicely. Paired with upcoming events including Open Mic Night tonight and Trivia Night tomorrow.

60 Minute IPA

I'm not sure how I've never checked-in this classic brew... Always delicious balance of malty / hoppy... I prefer their 90 Minute IPA but this one is great too. Grabbing carryout lunch before heading to my brewery to keg a beer.

4 Giants IPA

At only 9.2%, this Imperial IPA seemed like a good brew to have as my patrons were leaving my taproom this evening.... Today was a good day for Tom & Jerry on the MiniJumbotron, Tom sure knows how to wail on that bass 🎼 🎶 🎵

Centennial IPA

No opening band, so we're suffering thru some kind of really really terrible DJ set at The Vogue.... This is about the best beer option... But don't SmileyJen's curls look awesome in these lights?!

90 Minute Imperial IPA

New bottle art since the last time I've checked this in...? IMHO, their 60 Minute brew isn't enough, their 120 Minute is too much, but the 90 Minute is just right. (The 75 Minute is pretty solid too...) Monday is a Done-Day, Cheers 🍻🍻🍻 UnTapp'd People.

Nitro KBS

Photo of my jobsite earlier today, surveying on US Highway 6 in the wind and snow. Now sitting at my little brewery trying to finalize a recipe to brew today. This nitro brew is almost gone. Smooth, delicious and dark.

French Toast Bastard

Very late Check-In from earlier this month. A gift from a beer distributor. Founders Bastard Scottish Ale + vanilla, maple syrup and cinnamon. Quite balanced and delicious. Happy New Year's UnTapp'd People 🎉 🎊 🍻

Oude Geuze Boon

New on the Guest Draft List a very nice Geuze (Lambic Blend) paired with Rodan on Hunter's MiniJumboTron. Monster movies all weekend long 👾 💀 👺 🧟‍♂️ 🤖 ☠️ 👹

Panther Cub (2021)

Vincent, the Mini-Panther, says that this Imperial Robust Porter smells like maple syrup, bourbon and vanilla... Altho it's BBA, it's not overly boozy whatsoever. Bottled on January 28th, fresh & flavourful, I really like this.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2020)

IMHO, DogFish Head's 120 Minute brew is too much, their 60 Minute is simply not enough, but their 90 Minute is just right. Hoppy with a nice malty bitter balance, this is an IPA done right.

Marvelroast (2020)

Imperial Golden Ale (IGA??) with vanilla, coffee, cocoa nibs and milk sugars. More sweet than coffee flavoured... I think I'm the 200th person to check this in... I may have to drink a third bottle of this to celebrate that this Monday Is A Done Day 🍻
