Bruocsella 1900 Grand Cru (2021) T.

Nose is funky and tart, slight oak somewhat acidic. Light golden color poured flat. Taste is tart apple with a huge of oak and some yeasty funk. Smooth no carbonation finishes soft.

Oude Geuze White Vermouth Foeders T.

So geuzeeeee! Loving this beer! Ownwrpopped it own and it’s got a nice mild barnyard funk, slight oaky flavor.

Fou’ Foune (2021) T.

Muted dark golden color with a fine white head and a tart fruity nose. Soft over the palate with a sharp tangy mouthfeel. Big apricot flavor with a mild funk and dry finish.
