Had to break out the proper glassware. Initial sips are solid 4.25. Interested to see what happens with warming.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Hart
Really hitting nice. The use of bitter orange peel in place of aging in bitters barrels making it richer and sweet and IMO more drinkable.

Started out as sweet Sherry, the hops were there but kind of ghostly if that makes sense. Was awesome drinking one of these with so much age on it. Toward the end got a little weird, cardboard and muted but bottle was short filled so who knows.

Drinks like a rich double ipa. I think age will make this every bit if not better than Bigfoot.
