Solid but without any distinguishing characteristics. A bit of the yeast presents itself but a mellow beer overall

So beautifully clean and focused. Super tangy on the nose with good tastiness from the fruit.

Fou' Foune Roskamp

Really good stuff. Juicy and tangy with a round forward body. Better than some of the stuff that I picked out in Brussels. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Roskamp

Wow, in a decade of drinking, I have never encountered a beer laden with freshly cracked black pepper. This is fun. Might have diminishing returns but I’m here for it

Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2022) Roskamp

Undoubtedly made in the Cantillon style. The slightest tangy lift at the end

Classic Gueuze (2022) Roskamp

Again, light with an almost honeyed and floral sweetness. Everything is in balance. No prominent acids.

Scarabée Roskamp

Super light and clean without lacking in quality. First Cantillon check in.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2022) Roskamp

Eh, this has a promising nose but the body is viscous and little. The flavors lack concentration or punch, though there is a transition between an espresso component on the front to sweet syrup on the back

Unraveled IPA Roskamp

This is fine. The body is trying but is mild at best.

All Day IPA Roskamp

Still a solid IPA. (Idk why I only have one past rating of this.)
