Wonderful sour flavor with a fruity aroma. Picked up splashes of white grapes, lime, grapefruit, and apple.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio R.

Funky throughout which slightly overwhelms and masks other more delicate notes. Red apple aroma and flavor, with complex fruitness in the nose. Sour and dry.

Oude Geuze Boon R.

Green apple, watermelon, white grape aroma with a bready malt character and a lemony aftertaste. Solid beer that is complex, but slightly unbalanced.

Geuze Mariage Parfait R.

Little too single-dimensional for a typically complex style. Very funky with a tart apple aroma and taste.

Oude Geuze Boon R.

An odd experience. Splashes of pear and cherries in addition to other fruits course through both the aroma and flavor. The framework of the beer is somewhat avant garde, with a funky aroma, pleasant tartness, and slight bitterness.

Kriek Boon R.

Reminiscent of sour cherry soda. Slightly too much fruit sweetness for my tastes, but the sour flavor here is unmatched. Very light and refreshing.
