Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) 2022 Anton

LCI Un nez légèrement funky, végétal et mentholé. En bouche, en dehors d'une acidité franche, vineuse, acétique, sans excès, on retrouve cette même fraicheur légère herbacée, comme mentholée, avec des notes boisées modérées. C'est assez unique.

Great Gig In The Sky Anton

Aromas: peach, citrus (grapefruit peel, flesh, orange) Flavors: strong grapefruit peel and flesh, peach, litchi, light white grapes, back to citrusy and peachy notes. Medium zesty resiny bitterness. Body: creamy body, med. carb, yet nothing like a neipa.

Vin Santo 2022 Anton

Aromes au nez: très funky, raisin. Aromes en bouche: toute la complexité du raisin se dévoile, c'est divin. Peau, chair, pépin. Retour boisé et vineux façon vin blanc. Corps: léger, grosse carbo, très sec. Assez bluffant.

Sang Bleu (2022) Anton

Vineux, baies, cranberries. C'est court, mais y'a resto là. Top Europe, oui.

Drogone Lambic (2021) Anton

Aroma: grapes, red fruit, berries (gooseberry, blackcurrant), and funky, dusty notes, farm-like. Flavor: close to the aromas, slightly stronger brett notes, the Cantillon way. Body: high carb, light body, medium sourness, dry all the way. Brilliant.

Undulate v10 Anton

Spicy nose on the cardamom and cinnamon. In mouth, sweet attack on chocolate notes, with lactose, along with strong cardamom notes, lighter cinnamon, and some vanilla. Bitter and roasty finish, dryer than the rest. Thick body, medium carb. Nice.

Lambic d'Aunis Anton

Présenté comme "Raisins pineau d'Aunis". Nez très fermier, limite crottin. En bouche, attaque fermière, puis un côté vineux, raisin très mûr et fruits cuits, sur un corps sec, pas aqueux mais assez léger. Belle découverte. Finale vineuse, fruité, acide.

Fou' Foune Anton

Nez abricot où les notes fermières, plus discrètes, s'invitent à la fête. En bouche, attaque sur la peau d'abricot, avec un côté noyau, abricot à peine mûr. Carbo moyenne, fines bulles, corps souple, pas aqueux non plus. Sec. Acidité râpeuse finale. Top.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Anton

Nez fermier, crin de cheval. Attaque fermière, grange, crin de cheval, et un fruité léger qui rappelle les tartes à la rhubarbe. Carbo importante, style oblige. Un classique incontournable.

Kriek 100% Lambic Anton

Funky and sweet cherry nose. In mouth, light, lighlty sweet yet dry overall, cherry++, and funky of course.
