This one is so unique. It has a real sharpness that can only come from real cherries. The nose is bready, with a bit of cherry. Almost smells like challah and grape juice

Single Barrel 1-Year Lambic H.

Not my favorite, but it’s obviously not meant to be drunk yet. Totally flat, but already some nicely developed flavors. I can see how it’s the basis for the other ones

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio H.

This is unbelievable. Sour, tart, and so much natural flavor. Somehow still full and almost creamy too? So smooth, so good. You can taste the quality

Hazy-O! H.

Bursting with flavor, but not overwhelmingly sweet or bitter. Really tasty
