Danke Philipp F. Smooth creamy beginning. Soft with a sweetish but slightly grainy back. Sweetish with an easy to drink finish.

Danke Philipp F. Smooth mild beginning. Fruity, creamy. Mild with a soft grainy back, very neutral with hints of grain. Soft smooth, dry with a grainy and moderate bitter finish.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles S

Nose with tons of peppers there, the beer starts fruity mild, nice sour with fruity peppers. Great aromatic, lots of pepper without being hot. Great sourish fruity, mild with tons of pepper! Fantastic.

Wild Friendship (2022) S

Fruity nose. The beer starts very fruity funky. Dry malty grainy with lots of wood and funk. Smooth sour, woody with a nice tart woody finish. Great.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie es Belge S

Fruity smooth nose. The beer starts extremely fruity with a fantastic sour mild back. Fruity mild, tart like dry pears or apricots. Fruity tart dry finish. Great stuff

Sang Bleu (2022) S

Fruity beginning. The beer starts as a mixture of blue berries and cranberries. Interesting tart fruity. Deep red fruity finish, nice tart with a complex dry tart red fruity finish. Tannins, red fruit skin.

Zwanze 2021 - Parasol S

Great fruity orange nose. The beer starts deep fruity oranges, like bitter orange jam with no sugars. Hints of grain, fruits, orange peel. Fantastic sour fruity finish.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) S

Freshly bottled at the brewery. Fruity nose. The beer starts very fruity. Tons of raspberries with not much carbonation. Deeply fruity. Great sour fresh raspberries with horse blanket funk in the back. Great fruitiness.

Single Barrel 1-Year Lambic S

Fruity earthy, deep grainy with an earthy mild finish. Wood there with acid apples. Nice.

Classic Gueuze S

Deep fruity sourish. Tart, winey. Fruity dry, funky horse blanket with a dry grainy finish. Hints of hops in the back. Nice.

Grolsch 0.0% S

Something to drink at night when we caught the flue…. Nice malty on the tongue, not too sweetish with a slightly bitter grainy dry finish. Really nice brew.
