It seems like a filtered hazy IPA. Not that that’s important because I really did enjoy the fresh, smooth, easy drinking flavor of it. The kind of beer you hope to find in a grocery store. Would buy again.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)
The year of the “No Mountie”. Boo. Anyway…. good beer. I give myself a pat on the back on the aging. 2.5 years is pretty perfect with these types of beers. Smooth and not cloyingly sweet.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019)
This is before KBS became constantly available, and after aging it exactly 3 years this is pretty darn good. Definitely has legit bourbon flavor to it which is not always the case with BB stouts. I wonder what bourbon they use.
