Double Trouble (2018) Bowman

Why age this beer? Honestly, no idea - but I’m shocked to find it still bracingly bitter, with lovely character malt to balance. Current version has some cardboard oxidation, but I’m hopeful this will evolve into sherry. We shall see - 2 bottles left!

Always a classic. Roasty, malty, sharp and clean.
