That's mellow. No harshness at all, just beautiful cherry.

2017-03-02, 375ml bottled 2015-05-13, 2014 harvest, so this bottle is almost 2 years old, stored in a controlled large beer cave. Imported by L'Office des Grands Crus. Pour clear ruby red with a nice sparkling bubble foams.
