Palo Santo Marron (2013) Anderson

Aged in my 52° cellar since 2013. I was expecting more cardboard flavor at this point, but it actually held up pretty well. It's not completely flat either. It was certainly better in its prime, but I have to say that I'm loving it tonight.

It's hard to not like this because it's so unique at 26.1% and aged 10 times in different bourbon barrels, but it's just too much and aged too long as well.

Very hoppy for a scotch ale. Less malty too.
