Black Fist

Stout - Imperial / Double

No freeze distilling needed. This beer has been barrelaged 10 times on different bourbon barrels. It took us two years to bring the imperial stout Black up from the original 18% ABV to the amazing 26,1%.How about the taste? There is a reason it is called the “Black Fist”. Decant it as we suggest in the serving tips, and you will have a mindblowing experience. This beer is complex.

Big and bold. Actually balanced. Looooong aftertaste. Much better than expected. From 2013 I guess.

It's hard to not like this because it's so unique at 26.1% and aged 10 times in different bourbon barrels, but it's just too much and aged too long as well.

26.1 % lagrad i ca 10 år. Väldigt mycket kaffe och sprit… Kaffekask helt enkelt men trevliga smaker i gommen!

Nose big alcohol, molasses, light red fruit. Taste up front all tannin, oak, charred wood, alcohol, then some roast. Certainly still hot after time.

Källarprovning i Orminge. Ibland behöver man tio år gammal 26%ig öl.🤷‍♂️. Inleder i söt god stout, man hinner tänka ”gott”, innan det säger SCHWOSH. Hundra liter rakvatten tippas över en. Strupen brinner. Akvavit. Jättebeskt avslut sänker. Intressant!

What an experience. A strong beer but my tastebuds does not detect the 26,1%. I may be biased out of all the build-up expectations and excitement. Amazing

Like drinking rock n’ rye with the star anise really the star. Craft black licorice. Heavy alcohol feel. Damn. This is bold. 3.9

Heavy char in the finish. Boozy as hell. Its 6 or 7 years old so Its not obvious whats intentional or not. Nothing diacetyl or oxidized. Happy to have tried this beast!
