Moderate tartness with a delicate fruit forwarders, gives way to big waves of farmhouse funk. Wonderful experience!

Taster not quite on par yet, this should have a roasty-bitter to it I'm not getting. But I am getting more of the sugars from the lactose

Strange roasty bits at the end. Burnt marshmallow? Its been over 5 years since I last had this. I appreciate it more now, but still not fully on board.
