A bit more oak-ey than the last one I had, which is a lingering taste, but still has a nice sour cherry flavour.

I've been waiting for weeks to drink this. Waiting to celebrate the end of the worst of my teaching... but I ended up being too exhausted the last couple of nights to drink it! It has been well worth the wait though - this is perfection.
