Wheat wine aged in maple bourbon and bourbon barrels. Interesting combination. Not overly sweet. I’m enjoying it.

Ultimate Oktoberfest (2022) Wilson
Marzen is not my favorite style, but making it barrel aged makes it more interesting. Subtle, malty, and yeasty with plenty of bite. Refreshing, for a high alcohol beer.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Wilson
Nice! KBS is one of my favorite beers. This variation has a great nose, with the cinnamon being most noticeable to me. I prefer the original, but this is also quite enjoyable.

KBS is one of my favorite beers, but for me, nitro ruins it. Seems flatter, less satisfying.

Underground Mountain Brown Wilson
Lots of flavor, complex. Brown sugar, malty, not as bitter as some coffee beers. A really nice beer! This should be available all year!
