This was so good. Like a mildly acidic funky lightly peachy delight.

Oude Geuze Boon Wood

Enjoyed the mild funk and complex lemony flavors. Light body, dry finish.

Saint Lamvinus Wood

This might be the best wine/beer hybrid ever. Punchy acidity, medium tannins, lovely berry/cherry/red wine flavors, and a little funky bunch intertwined. Oak smooths out the acidity and finish just a touch. Beautiful beer.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Wood

I just can’t get into this one. Starts off with some great funky, skin contact, kind of natural wine flavors, Brett mixed in, but the finish falls flat, the lack of carbonation likely makes it drink heavier. Fun idea but not for me.
