Pours jet black. Tan cap. Aroma bourbon, coffee, chocolate. Flavour big, and bold. But it's my first 5 of the year. Big roasty coffee, followed by warming barrel aged, bourbon, finishing with a lovely chocolate, cocoa and coffee. Great balance.

Kriek Boon (2022) W

Pours bright red. Aroma cherry, almond. Flavour super sweet cherry, loads of it. Bit of an almond like vanilla flavour. Effervescent and a tongue tingler.

Geuze Mariage Parfait W

It bangs straight Geuze goodness.

Magic Lambic W

Pours deep red, purplish. Nose huge raspberry and plum jammy fruits. Flavour huge plummy raspberry jammy flavours this vanilla is rounding it out. So bloody good just huge fruit hit smooth mild.

Geuze Mariage Parfait W

Pours orange hue golden. Sparkling. Nose dry, cider apple, peppery, bright. Flavour super dry and a little funky lambic, very much like a good farmhouse cider. Some citrus lime, orange and lemon peel. Bangs been on my list a while.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) W

Pours golden tight white head. Nose lemony, yeasty, funky. Flavour super clean, lemony, floral, honey, peppery on the palate, cantillon are just fantastic. Bubbly clean, champagne of Brussels.

Strawberry Cranachan W

Pours red, clear, light pink foam head. Nose roasty honey and stewed strawberry. Flavour super sweet like strawberry wine, big honey notes along with strawberry and little elderflower notes. Super clean nice Braggot.

Yule M%&?!&k Bourbon Barrel Aged (2020) W

LCI 28/08 Absloute banger. One of the best of the evening in my opinion. Great little one from the bottle share. Thick, heavy and boozy, loads of molasses and deep choclate notes.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen W

Colour light hazy yellow. Nose hoppy, light. Flavour fizzy, light and hoppy, just a touch grapefruit peel.

Kriek Boon W

Colour deep red, purple. Nose Cherry, Farmhouse, Yeasty, Tart. Flavour like cherry tunes, farmhouse, straw like, Tart, Yeasty, belgiany, a little medicinal. Mouthfeel is thin, crisp and carbonated. Great flavour.

Framboise Boon W

Colour dark pink/purple, rouge. Nose raspberry yeast, farmhouse, straw. Flavour is punchy raspberry, balanced with farmhouse yeast. Tart, sour but mellow. Nice spritz, sweet, sharp start, sours in the middle and balanced dry finish.

Whirl Champions W

Colour dank dark yellow pale, opaque haze. Nose stanks of pineapple, papaya, apricot and hop oil. Flavour huge ripe pineapple, papaya, apricot, piney. Hop oil. Grassy. Quite boozy in taste. But it's a banger still. Mouthfeel is thick, creamy and soft.
