Nearly four months since I had one of these. Needed something with my rye caraway bread and some cheese. Absolutely perfect with the caraway actually.

Sublime. Overused and not specific enough but the aroma when I poured this, sniffed it before drinking and the first first sip all simply say “sublime”. Such a unique beer. Always.

I don’t think I’ve had one of these since a visit to Brussels Beer Bar in Tokyo many many years past. Lovely tartness and tiny bubbles. I should have been more gentle in my pour to not get quite so much of the dregs.
