Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) T

Holding up well, lost most of it'd carbonation. Sweet barrel aging on the nose. Flavors of coffee, maple and chocolate. Barrel has fallen off.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) T

Holding up well. Cleaning out the beer stash. Still tons of coffee, feel the bourbon has mellowed.

Punkin Ale T

Nicely balanced flavors, not a lot of the "pie" seasonings that are typical of these styles. Better than I remember it. Slighty sweet finish.

Centennial IPA T

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) T

This held up well. Vanilla, big and boozy but not over powering. Perfect sipping desert for this cold weather.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) T

Cinnamon and vanilla upfront. Coffee on the finish. Hints of cocoa throughout. Smooth and not overly sweet.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019) T

2 years later, the coffee has mellowed out, barrel aging and bourbon is still strong. Smooth.

KBS Espresso T

Strong coffee aroma, full flavor with lots of coffee and a smooth chocolate layer. Celebrating the FC Tulsa Derby win!

Centennial IPA T

4 Giants IPA T

Hoppy with a malty backbone and slighty sweet finish.

Nemesis (2021) T

Flavors are all over the place in a good way. Straddles the dank, hoppy and malty profiles of a barleywine.

Panther Cub (2021) T

Strong vanilla and maple aroma, vanilla on the front, maple is a little thin, bourbon barrel is hard to find. Decent!
