Wow, truly amazing with cheddar cheese!!! Good on its own, but the pairing was the objective of this beer and it works.

Raison D'Extra S.

Sweet brown sugar and raisin for sure. Thick and chewy that hides the 16.5ABV incredibly well. Very enjoyable and everything Mic hates in one bottle. A little old from 12/18 but still good. Unique for sure.

Like a malty liquor. Can’t handle much of this but a great experience.
