A sucker punch of acidity, this lambic is refreshing as promised. Very nice. Pairs well with softer rounded cheese.

Not as fruity and complex as 108, but still very nice.

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne VAT 91 Mono Blend (2016)

Notes of citrus fruit in flavour, but smells more like cider. Light and full bodied. Pairs well with parmaggio cheese

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - VAT 92 Mono Blend (2016)

Even more fruity than 91: "a lambic that poses as red wine", as one said. Well balanced, tasty and with a strong tinge of bitterness at the end.
