A very good neipa. Easy to drink, bordering on watery but not quite crossing it. Mellow hops and nice fruitiness. Foams a bit too much but I can look past that.

A more than a decent take, a hazy IPA with a pleasant mouthfeel, full finish and good aroma. Lacks a bit in bitterness, but I won’t complain about that.

A very traditional lambic, what can I say? It has all the characteristics in place; soda-like to drink, dry finish and struggles to hold carbonation in place. Well done, but nothing too special.

Typically not my choice of beer, being barrel-aged for 4 years and 3 more in the bottle. However, this is reminiscent of red wine in a good way, the aging comes through beautifully. Surprisingly the taste also hides the 9% abv. A pleasant experience.
