Bourbon, vanilla, caramel. Smooth & malty. Not your average Marzen.

Nose is vanilla. Palate is toffee, caramel, butterscotch, honey. Only a hint of bitter hoppiness at the end, hoped for more. Boozy AF but smooth. Dogfish before Phish show #29.
