Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2010) Padgett
2010 bottle from my cellar. Unfortunately, it's lost its carbonation but it is still an excellent beer. Lots of chocolate and coffee still, I'm not getting the barrel as much. It's super smooth though. I have bottles of this dating back to 2007.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) Padgett
Wow. Big beer! Super complex. Tons of barrel in this one. Dark Chocolate, figs, vanilla, other dark fruits, roasty, bourbon, toffee, etc. Thick coats your mouth and boozy. Excellent beer

The first time I had this beer I was rather harsh on it. This bottle has been cellared since 2014 (only because I was avoiding drinking it) well today's it's day and it held up quite well even for having a slightly lower abv. Lots of smooth raspberry

Wow only two people and zero friends have checked this in! I was surprised to see this in the store so early considering founders said this wouldn't be in stores till "March" and it was only available at the tap room starting on the "10th February"

I'll admit I'm not the biggest "Juicy IPA" fan, but this one is definitely easy to drink. Lots of orange taste to it, smooth and not overly bitter. Would I buy another one? Probably not.

It's light, easy to drink and has that expected slight skunkiness that I've come to expect.
