Nose is cucumber, jalapeño(?), funk. Flavor is fresh cut green pepper, light funk, clean hop, elderflower. Refreshing and delicious - What a treat 🍻

Rating a beer is about more than taste - it’s about the experience, and doesn’t get much better than this. 15’ CCG in honor of my first, Sonnie. Funk explosion. Huge woody barrel, blue cheese, basement dirt, mineral, tart pineapple acidity.
