Ages super super well, this is my favorite beer to age. Sweetens out but balanced, absolutely no burn. Layers and layers of flavor. Did in vertical with 2017 and 2019, and 2017 was my favorite. Compared to the 2017 it’s on the downslope so good to open

Just WOW. Ages super super well, this is my favorite beer to age. Sweetens out but balanced, absolutely no burn. Layers and layers of flavor. Did in vertical with 2016 and 2019, and 2017 was my favorite. Has the most flavor, really in its peak form

Just WOW. Ages super super well, this is my favorite beer to age. Layers and layers of flavor. Did in vertical with 2016 and 2017 which were both better but still good. Had some burn compared to the older ones but still balanced with some sweetness

Great summer drinking. Light yet flavorful. Would have wanted a little more sweetness and citrus, less what I think of as Pilsner bitterness despite this being an ale

Great find at diamond dogs. Had my sip a little too cold, but could tell it was about to warm up into those maple flavors nicely
