Reet old funky bugger this, took a good few sips to get the chops round it! Massive cidery apple character, super dry on the palate with a whack of oakey tannic notes and a puckering acidity to round it out. Complex wee sipper 👌

Funky and tart with a hint of fruit that is more on the balsamic end. Solid 👌 (4.1)

Strawberry O Trimble

Rich, syrupy and smooth but a lovely fresh tart strawberry edge to it as well as some hoppy herbal notes. Cracking drop 👌

StashVent Day 16. Rich and jammy, absolutely packed with vibrant tart cherry character alongside drying oaky tannic notes from the barrel. Fantastic little Kriek this 👌

Spontanapricot Trimble

Big funky apricot notes on the aroma which carry over to the palate but are overtaken by the puckering tartness and dry tannic character. Lovely little sipper 👌

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Trimble

Funky cider aroma. Dry and tannic on the palate with a lovely puckering acidic edge. It's a lovely drop but the last 3 years in bottle might have got rid of some of the effervescence that would balance and elevate this massively!

Rosé de Gambrinus Trimble

Losing my Cantillon virginity and I understand the hype! Aroma is intense with classic apple skins and nail polish, with a hint of berries which carry onto the palate with freshness but also jammy notes to offset the puckering lambic acidity. Beautiful 👌

Spontandryhop Idaho 7 & Lemondrop Trimble

Base beer here is a lovely with plenty of bright acidity and citrus notes. The dry hop adds a touch more citrus but also brings a nice smoothness that rounds the beer out really nicely. Solid 👌

Spontan Goes Spontan Trimble

HEAVY on the bergamot this one. Bags of that lemony note on the aroma which carries into a super dry palate that is full of puckering citrus and woody bitterness from the oak barrel. Its a tart little fucker, won't be for everyone but I'm here for it!

Spontanpeach Trimble

Fruity and rich, with hints of tartness lingering. Not as good as the Acai version I've had before but still a lovely drop! (4.1)

Juicy, smooth, thick. Bit of a grassy note to it but that is cracking 👌

Ich Bin Raspberry Trimble

For a low ABV sour that has everything. Plenty of jammy fruit notes but there's a lovely dry tartness on the finish too 👌

Mikkeller Super Cool Trimble

Super juicy and hoppy nose. Lovely thick mouthfeel with bags of citrusy tangerine notes 👌

Iskold Classic Trimble

Nice biscuity bread notes on the nose. Palate has some of those notes but there's a really lovely rich malty honey sweetness at the fore. Super smooth drop this 👌

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2016) Trimble

A lot fruit on the nose than expected, mainly apples. Taste is like a super dry cider with a hit of funk and oaky tannins. Very solid gueze this.

Heated Seats Trimble

Very floral, very light, very drinkable.
