It's been awhile for this one! Always a divine treat! Not sure I've ever had it this young (around a year). Birthday beer of choice just a day later is all.

This beer should not still be this damn good. It's honestly better tasting than the newer batch. It's become a wonderful blend of chocolate and raspberry, with both complimenting each other so well and neither being overpowering. One bottle left of this.

New Year's Eve backlog. Seems like I always open a lambic on NYE. Really tasty and unique with the elderflower. Would be interesting to have this one with a few years on it, seeing how the funk would effect the floral notes.

Really unique beer. I think I opened this shortly before the grand entrance at the reception! Cheers to my sister Alyscia and my brother in law Dalton! It was a magnificent wedding and I'm forever grateful to be a part of the bridal party.

Finally fulfilled a personal goal and drank a bottle of Cantillon at a wedding! 😃 Even better that it was my sister's wedding!

Super young still, could use some age to get that nice Cantillon funk going. Definitely hold onto this for a year or two if you have one. The brandy barrel made it extra smooth, and super tasty, but missing that funkiness.
