(bb 28/11/2038, #01803) N: acidity, granny smith apples and vinegar. White peppers and oak. T: snappy, apple vinegar and oak. Bitter 'lemon'. Crisp cracker maltiness. O: complex, snappy and tart. (7/10)

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017-2018) Asd

Heavy tartness, oak and even vanilla-ish notes. Sour fruits, light. Even too light body. (6/10)

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Asd

Berries, cherries. Tart, bright and fizzy. Elegant and lovely. (8/10)

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier Asd

Tart, berries and sour berries. Gentle oak. Lovely tartness, quite intense. Unique and quality lambic. (7/10)

Classic Gueuze (2022) Asd

Tart, bright and zesty. Complex, gentle white vinegar. Lovely, elegant and a reference geuze. (8/10)

Dangerously Close To Stupid Asd

Dry, grapefruit and lemon. Maltiness, hefty body. Old school ipa. Bitterness, lovely, but not my kind of ipa style anymore. (6/10)

(BB 16/11/23) N: zingy, citrus and dry. Pineapple and tropical fruits. T: grapefruit, pineapple and 'dry' tropical fruits. O: okay session ipa. Needs a hook a bit bland. (5/10)

Tart, white wine vinegar, lovely. Oak, woody. Funk, white peppers, plesant. Lovely beer, more plz.
