gueuze … such an amazing city to drink beer in i’m pretty envious honestly . seems slightly less complex than the 2023 standard gueuze , more sour . also quite different experience having it with a casual lunch of course . obviously fantastic

starting to make some progress on my american beer goals for the summer lmao , got a couple other exciting beers at this store yesterday which i’ll post in the coming days… anyways, pours very dark . the nose here is quite boozy . lot of body and coffee

super excited to try this one .. hard not to let the hype get to my head lol . ive discussed my sour issues before and im not sure this is sm better than american wild ales ive had but it is really good . vinegar acidity but balanced w funk and bitterness
