Reasonable IPA, quite dry. Missing the wow factor.

Superb berry fruit lambic. Nice and dry unlike the weather.

Low Slung

This is more like it! A stunning 10% TIPA with Mosaic, Riwaka and Nectaron. Bursting with blueberry vibes 🫐 .

Yes, this is more like it. A thick 8.5% chicken stock hop soup bomb.

Superb 9% NEIPA

Resting Brew Face

Soft, quality 9% NEIPA, definitely not in your face despite the name. Fresh and very drinkable. Another great beer from NM Carthusian Box.

Ich Bin Raspberry

Pleasant enough 3.7% Berliner Weisse. Nice sourness to it. Raspberry blitz. All he wrote.

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek (2019)

I really quite enjoyed this. Understated cherry 🍒 sourness that really worked as I wasn’t in the mood for being totally puckered 😁. Gonna miss beers like this now I’ve knocked my ridiculously expensive Mikkeller Beer Club on the head.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey

Now I’ve cancelled my Mikkeller Monthly Beer subscription I’m gonna miss their great Imperial Stouts. This is a superb 11.9% BA Whiskey stout with bags of flavour. However it’s not worth the money overall. Plenty of great UK impys to enjoy instead.

Spontandoubleblueberry

Berry nice blueberry fruit lambic. Slightly puckering sourness and full of flavour. Mikkeller excel at this type of beer. Shame about the other stuff.

Bundobust Pale Ale

I learnt something today. Apparently a beer that tastes of soap is not due to a hop or hop combo but a brewing error of leaving the beer in the fermentor too long. Get a grip Mikkeller I could wash up with this beer. #MikkellerBeerClub
