KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Dolly
The coffee and cinnamon are the two prevalent flavors here but the cinnamon is far too forward for me and the burn hangs on well after it’s worn out it’s welcome. Otherwise this is the same, solid KBS you expect.

This is huge with a grab bag of hop notes and a sweetly balanced malt backbone that holds everything up. While the malt and hop bills make this beer look like a challenging, intimidating beast, it’s incredibly drinkable.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Dolly
This is a damn good one. Maple compliments the other flavors nicely. Stops just short of too sweet to let some bitterness shine. The balance is spot on for a beer this size. Nice work!

Lots of chocolate with some vanilla and a touch of cinnamon to round out the s’mores feel. Not too thick and none is the flavors taste ”fake” as with some novelty flavored beers. This is a winner.

This beer would be characterizable except that they added turmeric to some of the traditional holiday spices as well as mixed genres and used oats to smooth it all out. Truly unique and delicious.

Huge lime flavor with a big dose of tequila barrel. These are some intense flavors but I think they capture the spirit of a Gose better than anything else I’ve had and I love it.

Does it taste like coffee? Yes. Does it taste like beer? Yes. Is there a better breakfast stout out there? Maybe, but I haven’t had it.

I definitely get the flowery citrus of the lupulin powder . I like the smooth malt bill with the addition of oats to highlight the softer hop flavors here.
