Stolen Seabuckthorns Chee

Had to google what sea buckthorns are, realise I’ve had them before! Yeah. Flavour profile is about right; orange aroma, with more mellow passion fruit notes. Very enjoyable.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Chee

Bringing in 2023 with this bottle. Syrupy, maple goodness!

Limbo - Riesling Chee

Enjoying this whilst I’m hospital recovering from a pneumothorax. Haven’t had many NA beers, but this is easily the best I’ve had! Riesling qualities come thru well; dry & sweet. Lovely mead-like honey flavours too.

Black Bear Chee

Really nicely done Russian stout. Thick, boozy, sweet, coffee. Simple, but really well-done. Surprisingly, preferred this cold than warmed up.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle Chee

Very sweet, just the way I like it! Toffee and caramel, enough dark chocolate bitterness so it isn’t too cloying.

Dissociate Chee

Very refreshing! Like a juicy melon in summer.

Breakfast Stout Chee

Still my go-to stout when I’m craving one and too indecisive to bother thinking what to get

KBS Chee

Coffee, barrel-aged booziness, smooth. All the usual expected from a KBS. Bit thinner than I recall or like…

KBS Espresso (2021) Chee

Been saving this one for awhile. What a treat! Massive cocoa on the nose, less coffee than I expected (probably kept it too long). Dark chocolate flavors upfront, bourbon and woodiness kicks in after. Brief flash of espresso bitterness after the booziness

Nemesis (2021) Chee

Really yummy! Strong, hoppy bitterness & piney undertone fresh & cold from the tap. Tempers as it warms up, bringing out the malt and sweetness. Hoppy bitterness a touch overpowering, but otherwise excellent.

Underground Mountain Brown Chee

Wow... silky, brown sugar toffee and Sumatran coffee flavours up front. Adequately thick mouthfeel. Boozy, wood-cask note rounding it off. Really enjoyed this one.

Moon Rambler IPA Chee

Pleasant, surprisingly light IPA. Balanced flavour, not very bitter.

Big Luscious (2020) Chee

Still yummy, but realise it’s more suited as an end of the night dessert beer. Was the perfect late night treat last time, but the sweetness is a little cloying for as a beer over lunch.

Big Luscious (2020) Chee

Big raspberry flavour! The bottle art perfectly captures the experience, taste exactly like a chocolate-covered raspberry. Subtler coffee flavours after. Really festive stout!

KBS Espresso (2020) Chee

Had this soon after having a KBS. Interesting contrast. Similar flavours, but distinctly stronger coffee flavour. Not over-done though, very well-balanced, and tempers the boozy undertones. Enjoyed this more than the KBS.

KBS Chee

Been waiting for this one. Strong coffee flavour upfront. Lingering vanilla after. Boozy undertone. Surprisingly clean aftertaste. Flavours stand out crisp and clean without getting too muddled.

Beer Geek Flat White Chee

Oh wow, this was delicious! Creamy, really sweet up front. Then mild umami undertones. Less intense coffee flavour, which I appreciate. Found myself at bottom of the glass way too fast
