Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

Had 10/10/23. Very good. Four year old bottle. The maple and bourbon were quite subtle, thought they’d overtake the chocolate and coffee, but nope…was very balanced.

KBS Blueberry

Fabulous! But I am a blueberry and coffee freak. Great nose, blueberry really comes through on the finish.

Breakfast Stout

Not really getting the chocolate, but def coffee is the main thing…nose, palate, finish. Really tasty for the abv. Head lingers for awhile. #4

90 Minute Imperial IPA

Very good, and stayed good throughout. Prob a 4.35.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2022)

Not just fudge and coffee, but fudge coffee! So combined with the barrel, the coffee doesn’t come through as much as I prefer. But very good. Had 3/31/23.

KBS Hazelnut

Excellent, just a tad sweet by the end.

French Toast Bastard

Wow. Not really a scotch ale fan, but this is really nice. Maple, vanilla bourbon notes.
