Tempting aroma has raisins, rye bread, sweet fruits. Suprisingly pretty high hopped, sweet notes and ok balance. Dry bitter end.

Very nice, cinnamon and vanilla in perfect balance with roastiness and chocolate.

After few unbalanced disappintments on mikkellers 2021 calendar this covers them up. Perfect balance, nice note of bourbon and vanilla. Full smooth body.

Santa's Hoppy Helpers (2021) Komulainen

Caramel malty body, some spices, bitterness is quite sharp and balance is not good. End is somehow artificial bitterness.

Jule IPA (2021) Komulainen

Pretty solid west coast ipa with caramel malty notes. Dry fruity end.

Spontan Goes Spontan Komulainen

Aroma has strong sour and citrus, some wood notes also. Deep sour body, strong tart citrus (bergamot?). Its just bit too much and unbalanced. There is some nice flavors but balance is just off.

Drink'in The Snow Komulainen

Nice bodied amber red beer, some spices and caramel notes.

Solid and easygoing ipa. Fruity and hoppy with good balance.

Clean fruity taste, some bitterness and great balance. Malts on back.

Aroma has roasted malts and fruits. Bit sharp bitterness and roastiness and coffee. Lacking little bit balance. Bodys just not there. I think it needs more time.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Komulainen

Aroma has dark chocolate, coffee, nuts and some whiskey notes. Chocolate, vanilla, gentle roastiness. Balance is good mut alcohol is bit pushing at the end.

Full roasty body, vanilla, maple suryp. Long sweet roasty end.

Very nice aroma has chardonnay notes, some yeast and farmhouse notes. White wine, farmhouse, dry end. Nice and different. First taste is saison style but end is like champagne.

Nice berry taste, deep sour taste, nice stable notes.

Doublebock Frederiksdal Cherries Komulainen

Deep cherry taste, some chocolate, ryebread. Nicely balanced.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9% Komulainen

Amazing aroma has nuts, bourbon notes, chocolate. Its just perfection, nutty, chocolate, bourbon.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 79 Mono Blend Komulainen

Aroma has some woody notes, peach, some sourness. Very nicely balanced body, sweet peaches, some oak, sour apple notes.

Breakfast Stout Komulainen

Bb 2015 bottle. Aroma has lots of chocolate, some espresso coffee, hint of wet wood. Nice balanced, big chocolate, coffee. Smooth roasty finish.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) Komulainen

Maybe the best alcohol free beer.

Frangelic Mountain Brown Komulainen

Very nice and smooth coffeeish nose, some bread notes. Smooth taste, coffee, some dark chocolate and hazelnuts. Nearly perfect imperial brown.
