It tastes like...purple berries? Jammy.

Magic Lambic (2023) Hayes

Jammy. Not nearly as much vanilla as I remember in past bottles.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Hayes

Shockingly fruity for its age. Nose is insanely strong raspberry. Very jammy. Super tart. Like so jaw clenchingly tart. So tasty but hard to drink.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2018-2019) Hayes

Smells tart and appley. Very thin, light, dry, and bitter.

Kriek 100% Lambic Hayes

Good. Cherry is slightly subtle.

Nath (2022) Hayes

Lotta rhubarb. Surprisingly not super tart or overpowering.

Iris Hayes

Tons of hops on the nose. A little hop on the palate leads to some woodiness and bitterness but mostly just a very solid lambic.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) Hayes

Slightly lemony, slightly bitter. Very pleasant.

Flat. Nice funkiness but otherwise not that exciting.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Hayes

Lots of cherry, maybe some honey on the finish? Pretty good.

Nath (2021) Hayes

Rhubarb tastes really savory. Extremely strong rhubarb in all aspects. Unusual but...nice? Wouldn't have a ton of it but quite interesting.

Raspberry. Good.

Magic Lambic Hayes

Tons of vanilla on the nose. Lots of raspberry going down. Finishes softly with vanilla.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Hayes

Sweet, dark, thick, rich, and boozy. The KBS i know with some extra layers of flavor.

Velvety rich cherry aroma. Smooth taste and deep rich sour flavor.
