Chocolate Cherry KBS Schulze

Really shouldn’t be drinking this now, but I am chasing a badge. Don’t like to miss one for one of my favorite beer styles. Prost y’all.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Schulze

Count myself lucky to find this one on draft, especially after so long a time. Smooth, thick mouthfeel with some maple taste. Really comes out since this one is room temperature by now. Really hope this one stays hidden and is available next time I come.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Schulze

First time I had this, it was 4 years ago and from a bottle. Even though I am not much for coffee beers, these are pretty tasty. Glad I am able to get this one in draft - held up very well.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Schulze

Not really getting any of the listed flavors. Maybe as it warms up. Quite a boozy hit. May revise review on a later drinking. Prost y’all. Happy 4/20 eve.

KBS Espresso Schulze

Thanks Bryan P. for sharing. Taste like drinking straight black coffee, best I can remember. Not a coffee drinker.

Punkin Ale 2021 Schulze

A lot lighter in color than most pumpkin beers or brown beers (as it is labeled). Guessing the flavors will become more prominent as it warms.

Marvelroast (2020) Schulze

Oh darn. A bit too much coffee. Was hoping it would be more like a s’mores since it has lactose included. Thought it may have even been an attempt at hot chocolate. Not horrible, but not what I thought it would be.

Vibrant P'ocean Schulze

Dark fruit sour nose. Interesting fruit flavor. Kinda got a seltzer effect to it. Doesn’t seem like most sours I have had.

Backwoods Bastard (2018) Schulze

Thought I would start the weekend with a good beer, even if it is a repeat. Seems to be holding up well for as long as it has been cellaring. Very close to finishing something that has been quite a while in the making. Prost to all.
