Limburger cheese nose and funky honey nut body. Cheese does ease off some if you let it breathe

rich and delicious toffee caramel but still fairly light bodied

Neat to try these side by side. Maple has mostly worn off but the bourbon holds strong. Cant decide which i enjoy more; some of the delicate toffee notes get covered by the barrel aging.

coffee on coffee on coffee, excellent and in a very fresh way

Raison D'Extra - Bourbon Barrel Aged (R&D 2019) w

boozy and so much rich malt character of dates and raisins
