Super tart, almost acidic despite the raspberry. Full of funk, great treat at BeerHeadz.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Machin
You know its good when you take the cap off and there is a Cork underneath. Good for 20 years, drunk in 2. Bitter. Tart. Acidic and woody. Lovely stuff.

Really drinkable. Wanted to like it more but lacked any punch, either sourness or from the cherry's.

Not sure what turbine is but loads of pineapple. Abv creeping up. Massively thick, full of on tropical but less sweet than the peagusus. Expecting to go blind.

Blasting the stash. Lowest abv first. Passion fruit and candied pear. Really good.

A surprise packed. Picked up for the label and delivers a thick, hazy, ball of NZ esque flavours, that are still bitter despite the lighter than expected grapefruit and subtle gooseberry. Plus "The Bruce" hops. New to me!

Gifted. Sour, tart, pallette cleanser. Goes well with curry. Sets a standard for sours. Would love to get hold of some of the rare breeds.
